Midi editing in Logic Pro

All of my midi tracks default to my drum midi events in the edit window. So I can’t edit my piano midi info because when I double click on the piano region my drum region appears in the edit window. This is the same for all midi tracks. Even when I create a new software instrument, it still defaults back to the drum midi info in edit window.

Sounds like you have disabled the window link function:


Make sure the Piano Roll window link is Yellow
