apple arcade

For Apple Arcade games, I am unable to connect to the multiplayers, For example when I load into battle on transformers the message “it looks like you are offline, check your internet connection” appears. I am connected to the Wi-Fi, everything else works but it is only the arcade games that do not work, I am logged into game centre, have reset the iPad and I am up to date on iPadOS

I have followed previous advice but to no end.

it is annoying to have to pay monthly for games that do not work
