SSL Error and gsp.ssl.ls.apple.com error

I just moved to Florida from NC and I keep getting errors when I try to access the internet using cellular data:

An SSL error has occurred and a secure connection to the server can not be made.
The certificate for this server is invalid. You might be connecting to a server that is pretending to be "gsp.ssl.ls.apple.com" which could out your confidential information at risk.
This site can't provide a secure connection. www.google.com uses an unsupported protocol ERR_SSL_VERSION_OR_CIPHER_MISMATCH

When using the Maps (Google or Apple) unable to connect to the internet error. This is the biggest issue, being new to the area.

Any ideas?

Hi lorax30,

We see you're running into a few alerts when you use Safari on cellular data, and issues with Maps as well.

Is this only happening on cellular data? If so, you may want to try resetting your network settings by tapping Settings > General > Transfer or Reset iPhone > Reset > Reset Network Settings. This clears any saved Wi-Fi network names and passwords, cellular data settings, and VPN/APN configurations. Be sure that you have your Wi-Fi network password so you can re-join.

Thank you. I spoke to Verizon (my carrier) apparently there are a lot of bad zones where I live, that is the problem.
