Apple id permanently disabled

My apple id was locked and now i cannot get access to it no matter what i do. The thing is I factory reset my phone. Before the reset, I had updated my id with a new number but when the reset was completed , when i tried to log into my account it asked me to verify my apple id through an old number which I didn’t have . I tried to login through various ways but couldn’t and I had no other option then to make new id. It has already been more than 1 week and I think my account is permanently disabled.

The unlock option shows up but when i go further into processing it tells me that the account is not valid or not supported.

I bought this phone in a different country and used sim card and phone number of that country to use it there . I later changed sim and apple id phone number accordingly when I moved here. And it asks me to verify through different number which i obviously don’t have. Now ,my question is can I ever get my account back?? Or is it just deleted/disabled??

That iPhone is still associated with the previous owner's Apple ID.

Each Apple device is linked/associated with an Apple ID of the person who did the setup.

Activation Lock prevents anyone who is not the owner from using this iPhone.

To unlock the Phone, you need the Apple ID and password of the previous owner, that were used during set up.

So you have to contact the previous owner.

Apple cannot help you.

The previous owner has to read -> this Apple article: What to do before you sell, give away, or trade in your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch

Then the previous owner has to remove the iPhone from his account, see this Apple article:

Check your Apple ID device list to see where you're signed in

Then you can sign in with your Apple ID.

You are sign in here . . . with your Apple ID?

Your Apple ID is the personal account you use with all Apple products and services. It includes the email address and password you use to sign in, as well as the contact, payment, and security details that you use with Apple.
