I had a 200gb subscription, after which the payment period ended and I was reset to 5gb. I freed up as much space as possible, but I still get told that my storage is full. The website shows that there is space available. I'm not going to renew anything and want to stay on 5gb.

The graph shows most of the space is occupied from documents , in iCloud Drive ( from finder ) > right click on personal documents and move to bin using a Mac , if its an iPhone Delete shared files or folders in iCloud Drive on iCloud.com - Apple Support
