floating button on my iPhone

Since my phone updated I have a floating button on my phone that when I touch it, it brings up the camera and my Face ID no longer works, when trying to purchase and app it shows confirm with assistive touch, well the assistive touch does not work either how do I reset without loosing everything.

Try a forced restart.

• Press and quickly release the volume up button

• Press and quickly release the volume down button

• Press and hold the side button.

• When the Apple logo appears, release the button.

Do you want Assistive Touch (the floating button) enabled? If you don't, go to Settings>Accessibility>Touch>Assistive Touch and turn it off.
