No iPhone model to date has more than 6 GB. There are a lot of different sites that do publish the amount of RAM for each model. But it's fixed for any particular iPhone model regardless of the amount of storage.

For instance, the Wikipedia entry on the iPhone 13 Pro notes that it has 6 GB of LPDDRX4 RAM.

Apple doesn't list it at all in any public specifications.

There's really no way. Each iPhone model has a set amount of RAM that's the same regardless of the storage capacity. Apple doesn't publish the amount of RAM in their technical specifications, but many sites have that information available.

What do you mean by check it? IOS controls the RAM in the iPhone, there is no user options.

On which iPhone model and again, why?
