How to check RAM utilization

Is there any way to get available RAM usage details of an iPhone from without using any 3rd party application.

I am looking for a settings which is provided by Apple; where I can see how much RAM I have in my device and how much left, just like device memory.

please don’t reply back with information regarding Storage. I already seen those replies and they are bad responses. RAM and storage are two different thing and finding storage usage is quite easy.
