How do I check the amount of memory in my IPad?

Your internal storage configuration can be seen in iPad Settings:

Settings > General > About


You are able see how much internal storage has been used - and how much remains available - here:

Settings > General > iPad Storage


“Memory” is generally a term that relates to RAM - this being the high speed working-space used by your computer. Apple do not routinely publish the RAM specifications for iPhone and iPad, but there are many online resources that do provide this information.


There are also some third-party Apps that will show you, in near real time, how your internal RAM is being allocated and utilised. Here is one of the better Apps in the App Store - System Status Pro: hw monitor:
