Fitness competition with friends
When starting a week-long competition with a friend, why does it wait until the following day to start? I think as soon as it is accepted, the competition should begin!

This is expected behavior from the Fitness app.
If you'd like to see tweaks or more options for start times for a competition, we'd recommend leaving feedback for Apple below.
