Where do Ipod support service that isn;'t installed on my Ipod

The Apple Support app should be available on your iPod. To search for it:
1. Swipe down from the middle of the Home screen.
2. Tap the Search field, then enter what you're looking for. As you type, Search updates results in real time.
3. To see more results, tap Show More or search directly in an app by tapping Search in App.
4. Tap a search result to open it.
If not, search for it in the App Store: Get apps in the App Store on iPod touch - Apple Support
