So basically I recent purchased a second hand MacBook from a lady who’s son owned it and passed away. She doesn’t know the password to it or the info to get into his Apple account. Basically I’m looking for away to delete his profile off the computer and put mine on.
Without the actual credentials used to set up the account on that Mac, you cannot wipe it. This is a theft deterrent system, which you cannot bypass. And Apple won't bypass it for you either.
The lady you bought the MacBook from however, can request help from Apple with the proper documents such as original receipt and death certificate.

If she cannot or is unwilling to do this, return the MacBook to her and get you money back.
