Missing iCloud videos

If another iPhone is used that is having different Apple ID and password with its own account credentials the photos can be shared Share iPhone photos with Shared Albums in iCloud - Apple Support

Troubleshooting iCloud Photos:

They may just be inaccessible from iCloud. So, download them all. Either:

A. Get them Directly form iCloud: Use this Link: https://www.icloud.com/photos

or...

B. Download All of iCloud: Use my user tip: Getting a Quick and Direct "iCloud Drive-to-External Hard Drive" Download - User Tip

If you purchased/loaded the videos using the other ID, they won't show in iCloud when using a different Apple ID. You might be able to recover them by signing into the other ID, but then the videos associated with the other wouldn't show.
