Please make sure you’ve updated your iPhone to the latest version of iOS. Make sure you are logged into the Apple ID you used when you opened your Apple Card account. It may be helpful to do a forced restart of your iPhone,

Lastly, if nothing above has worked, delete the Mint app on your iPhone and download another copy of the Mint app from the Apple App Store. After installing the new Mint app, please restart your iPhone again.
If issues persist, please contact the Mint Support Team for additional help.
None of those solutions work for me. I get the same error. I contacted Mint, and their support says this is an Apple issue. The Mint app reroutes me to an Apple URL, and I log in using my Apple ID into an Apple portal. It is the same Apple URL (seen in the photo) that is telling me no card is found. This seems odd since I am logging in with the same email that I opened my card with.
Just sayin’ it’s very easy to point fingers.
It really depends how deep you want to go to troubleshoot this issue. It’s certainly possible that the Mint support team is correct. However it’s equally important to note that it’s possibly a Mint issue as well.
Would you like a list of possible remedies that could resolve the issue? Or would it be better to wait for updates from Apple and or Mint to resolve this?
