Hi I can not get my messages read on my air pods

Make sure that announce notifications is turned on.

Turn on Announce Notifications

1. Open the Settings app.
2. Tap Notifications.
3. Tap Announce Notifications.

My air pod pros are doing the same thing. While I’m working I hear my music get lower but I cannot hear what Siri is saying.
