I can’t download the Safeway app in my iPhone 6

I can’t download the Safeway app in my Apple IPhone 6. It says in need IOS 13.0 or higher. I only have 12.5. Any suggestions appreciated. Thanks

You need a new phone.

The iPhone 6 can not run anything higher than 12.5.5. It is obsolete.
