How long before Apple will gix my business location ?

as Apple becomes a monstrous entity, meanwhile (small business owners’, like myself) are losing valuable customers! Concerning their map system.. how is it that 3rd party individuals are able to change verified business locations on maps? I’ve reported the issue and to my surprise it has been ignored,
