Why do AirPods Pro lose connection?

Why do AirPods Pro lose connection for a few seconds, multiple times per hour? Is this a normal issue that one has to put up with?

Losing connection after ~30 seconds every time. AirPods at full power. I’ve reset several times. They keep dropping the signal and no longer show up in Bluetooth. When the case is closed they no longer show up in my devices unless I open the case and push the back button.

Probably because of power issues.

Troubleshooting AirPods Power Draining:

A. Start with a Reset:

Rather than factory resetting these, try just resetting these...

Go Here: Reset your AirPods - Apple Support

B. A Few Links to Visit:

C. Try the Following Tasks:

  • Hold Down the Button on the case for about 15 seconds.

  • Use an Apple Brand Cable - not a third party one - cool though it may look, a fabric, third-part cable would likely tear - (Apple cable's are plastic and are intended for Apple)

  • Remove the AirPod from the Case, then place it back in the charger. Perhaps it need to resync with he charger.

"Does not help at all. Have reset AirPods a hundred times…no automatic ear detection, connect when connected last…nothing work. My airpod prods are now useless"

Clean your AirPods and the Case:

When’s the last time you cleaned these? Go here: How to Clean your AirPods and EarPods - Apple Support. There may debris getting in the way here. So, use a microfiber-cloth to clean the outside of them. Also, using a wooden toothpick, lightly slip it inside the case, seeing if you can slowly remove gunk (i.e. earwax). It may take a few tries. Tap the debris softly, and then extract the wooden toothpick, continuing until all is gotten out.
