iPhone 12 Pro potentially compromised

I am in the middle of a separation. My spouse may have had my cell phone synched or it may have been hacked. My card keeps showing another cell number. I confronted said person of the phone number and they denied.

how can I know if my cell is hacked or compromised. All cell services are off for find my location/sync/etc.

Hacked again iPhone 14 pro help i have an iPhone 14 pro I payed for it but it’s under someone else’s name because I used there credit! Since the day I got the new iPhone I noticed my phone was being remotely accessed and it’s either through my ip address or they gave my number out or they wanted control of me! I feel violated and I was wondering since I paired for the phone and the 1st month can I take my phone to a different cellular provider and if so if they rest it and change the number will my phone still be compromised

How do I know if someone hacked my iPhone? Recently bought iPhone 13 pro max. I gifted to my family in India they took that phone to mobile center for screen protection and case. Now I have some doubts about being hacked or did anything else. [Re-Titled by Moderator]
