iPhone 13 super slow and bad reception

Got a new iPhone 13 couple months back, upgrade from 11. Wish I hadn’t.

This phone runs mainly on 3G one bar, calls and messages don’t come through. I’ve contacted my telco who’ve reset everything a few times, new sim and carrier settings updated! Nothing is solved. I’m sure it has something to do with the iPhone 13’s. Nevee had any reception issue before hand, my friends with other brands same telco have no issues either. What gives? I’d take my 11 back over this anytime.
