Can’t connect to a wifi

Hello everyone, im having a trouble with my mac wifi connection. It’s my first week of work in a new office, the wifi works 100% fine before but it suddenly disconnected from my mac. I’ve tried to join the network via my iPhone and it still works but somehow my Macbook wont connect to the wifi network, i’ve tried the wireless diagnostic, forgetting the network, restarting my mac but nothing happened, it still wont connect to the wifi at my workplace, any idea why? It’s MacPro 2019 Touchbar with MontereyOS, thanks

MacBook Pro 13″, macOS 12.3

Uninstall any 3rd party virus apps, "cleaners", VPN etc if they exist. Forget Wi-Fi networks and set Wi-Fi OFF. Reset SMC & PRAM, safe-boot. Then try again. If the problem persists, consult the Wi-Fi admin.
