Iphone 12 Pro Max sudden stop cahrging with 20W Dock

I got popup msg that charging port is wet and i need to wait. after that i cant able to charge my phone with 20W C Type lightining Cable/Cahrger. amazingly 5W USB Type lightining cable is working fine. Any help please.
