iphone 7 restore error 4013

Trying to restore iphone7 - error 4013. phone appears to be stuck in a loop when booting up. get apple logo then immediately tries to restart. when tries to restore from itunes, the phone is recognized - gets serial number, then when the restore starts. the serial number is n/a, and the restore fails with 4013

How do fix error code 4013 when trying to restore your iPhone is stuck in restore mode? My iPhone X is stuck in restore mode. It shows lightening cable to computer on the screen. I have tried everything, new cords laptop and PC. It keeps giving error code 4013. My PC is recognizing my iPhone as Apple recovery IBoot USB Composite Device??? Not an iPhone?? I think this might be part of the problem?? Please help!

Iphone XR code 9 error won’t restore My iPhone XR failed to update to ios15 Phone is now stuck on recovery screen. In iTunes the restore feature runs until almost the end but fails with error 9 when restore almost complete. It brings up apple logo on my phone and shows progress bar on my phone but fails near end. Phone then reverts Apple support recovery screen. Have tried two different laptops and have tried the other tips. I do not have a backup image for the phone. Suggestions? thank you
