When I click on “guided acces” it doesn’t work, how can I get it to work?

No it doesn’t look like the picture, I tried it on different apps but it just doesn’t work. I know how to use it because it does work on my iPad. I asked my sister and it also doesn’t work on her phone. I think it’s a bug or something
What happens when you try Do you see it like this?
If so, where are you trying to turn it on? Are you trying to turn it on on the home screen or are you in a specific application or location?
Thank you for the help but it doesn’t turn on if I click on it. I know how it works but it doesn’t want to start when I click on it.
