Hello. I need help for my son’s account. He don’t remember his Apple ID and e-mail. We know only the password from Apple ID(( So he can’t use his new phone correctly. And he upset about his purchases and VIP status in games.

And upset because he must to pay for them once again, and his achievements disappeared. If it possible to reestablish Apple ID having only our personal information, we will be grateful. Did you try the first part of what I posted above?
Yes, we try to write different combinations of e- mail, but no one was write. We don’t use e-mail anywhere. He invented it one time for registration to get Apple ID more than year ago.
