Apple Event: May 7th at 7 am PT
Upgraded to new Samsung phone (android), and now my Apple Music app won't get past a verification code "check point". It won't let me add my phone as a trusted device, so I can never get that much-needed verification code. How can I fix this problem?
S/N: Never had this issue with my previous android phones. Am able to use the app via cell phone service subscription included
Try changing/adding the number on your Apple ID. Look in the Security section when signed in online. You may have to add the new number before you can remove the old number. After the change, allow up to 24 hours for the change to sync.
