Stop Receiving Apple Card Paper Statements

I have been trying to figure out how to stop paper statements for my Apple Card since I got it. I receive statements in the mail. When I call Apple support and Goldman Schas I get the run around that paper statements are not possible. I've also been told my Apple account email address could be the issue but it's up to date.

Federal law requires statements be sent. If the electronic statements bounce, then paper statements are generated. You’ll need to verify the email that GS is using for communication. In most cases it’s the email address associated with your Apple ID/iCloud Account.

How to change your Apple ID to a different email address

  1. Go to appleid.apple.com and sign in.
  2. In the Sign-In and Security section, choose Apple ID.
  3. Enter the email address that you want to use as your Apple ID.
  4. Choose Change Apple ID.

Allow several business days for GS system to update and then confirm update with Goldman Sachs support team.

I can confirm that this has worked for other community members and account holders on other social media platforms.
