Apple Watch Browser

I have an Apple Watch SE which has been setup using family setup, and whenever I try to open browser links, all I get is a black screen. Another watch that has been used under the same setup can't open browser links either. Any ideas for how to fix this issue?

Apple Watch won’t load websites whenever I try to search for something on my Apple Watch then try and load a website the screen goes black, however the search bar is still there.

Apple Watch se doesn’t respond to clicks My Apple Watch se doesn’t respond to clicks . On the initial start of Watch I can click on apps and open but later can’t clicks on anything even the apps in back ground . The screen responds to moving up an down. Just the clicking on apps takes many tries and most of times they don’t open . Is this defect ?

But usually you are supposed to be able to open links through messages or email, right?
