Iphone Contacts

My iphone contacts will not sync up to icloud, only from - I've tried all of the googled solutions - help! I want it figured out before I upgrade my phone

This is just an example...


Try to export the contacts from google mail on a web browser. During Export select export as vCard and then

log in to https://www.icloud.com using your Apple ID credentials Tap Contacts app > Settings > Import vCard.

Unlike some Android devices, contacts are neither stored locally on an iPhone nor in SIM. They are synced to an email account that you had Google, iCloud, AOL, Exchange, Outlook, Yahoo or any Other


If Contacts were on iCloud, try this --> Restore contacts, calendars, bookmarks, and more using ...


Else Add the email account that stores your contacts in the IOS mail app and enable Contacts.If you have a corporate email account added through a profile on your device, please check with your organisation's system administrator.

YES! Thank you so much! I still got a message that my Vcard couldn't import because of some limit my contacts violated (it wasn't the # of them), but when I check, most of my contacts on my mac are now identified as more than just numbers. It wouldn't try again to import, so I don't know what that was about, thank you, you solved a big headache for me!
