how can i bring back the video that i accidentally deleted?

If you deleted it from the Photos App, tap on Albums from the bottom bar, then scroll down to the "Recently Deleted" album, and see if it's in there.
If it is, tap on it and then on "Recover" to put it back in the Camera Roll album.
