My watch is talking to me.

This has happened twice. Somehow, my watch goes into some mode where no matter where I tap it, it talks to me. I cannot get it to stop. Even when I try to turn it off or go to settings, it doesn’t let me. Not quite sure how it is activated and no idea how I got it to stop last time but it is VERY annoying. Please help!!!
