Google Chrome Stuck in Zoomed

Help!! Google Chrome has been zoomed since I purchased this IPad Pro. I have searched for remedies and have not been able to find a cure. I am unable to see full content on some sites

a certain browser page does not fit on my Iphone I use chrome browser and have a certain internet page that opens for me and it is way to big requiring to scroll left, right and up and down. Interestingly my business partner can open the site on his iphone and it fits perfectly. Other pages on the browser seem ok as far as I can tell. I have updated my iphone, chrome, and the zoom is turned off. Any help would be apprciated

Whole safari app zooming in I have noticed that when I open up the safari app it sometimes zooms in by itself. Not just the website but the whole app. This has only occurred on my iPad. It zooms in so much that it partially cuts out the plus sign on the top right of the app. If I try to zoom out it doesn’t fix it so the only thing that works is to close and reopen the app. I was wondering if anyone knows why or how this happens or if someone else has experienced this? Thank you for reading

Apple’s method to turn off zoom is to double tap the screen using three fingers. If the zoom is some Google anomaly, I don’t know the solution.
