My ex wife has access to my iPhone and is able to retrieve erased text messaging, etc
How do I block other devices phone viewing my information such as people accessing the ICloud. I already changed my Apple ID

If you have already changed the Apple ID then there is no way anyone who has no access to your Apple ID and Apple ID and Password can view any data on your device.
