I created my apple id very long ago. I can't remember the answers to my security questions. There "is not enough information" to reset the security questions, and I am unwilling to create a new e-mail address merely to apply to jobs at Apple.

And why am I asking the "community"? Why are you outsourcing your support? That is a very anti-customer thing to do.
