No Voicemail Notifications using MintMobile

I recently switched carriers from VZW to MintMobile (T-Mobile). There is a VM system I can access to listen to VM's, but there is no notification that I have a new VM. I do not get the transcriptions that I got with the VZW network. The tech support at MM is not up to the task of intelligently addressing this issue, so I hope someone here can address it.

Voicemail Notifications I recently (2 days ago!) changed carriers for my iPhone. I am NOT getting Notifications that I have Voicemail, even though I have it!! I know I have it because I can hold down the keypad number 1 and get into voicemail and listen too messages.

Voicemail Notifications and Visual Voicemail I recently upgraded to an iPhone 13 mini from an Android phone. I recently came to realize that my iPhone is not giving me any notifications for voicemails. I have gone through the settings thoroughly and have notifications turned on for badges and banners. Additionally, I never received a "set up voicemail" prompt when I first got the phone, it just carried over from my old phone. This also means that I do not have visual voicemail, even though my carrier Verizon says that I am set up for it. Is there any way to set up visual voicemails and to ensure that I receive voicemail notifications?

VoiceMail (Visual or Normal) is a Carrier Specific feature. Contact your Carrier (Cellular Service Provider), the agency that issued the SIM / eSIM to you.
