Console sync log

I have known my phone has been compromised for the last 2 years and I was finally able to pull up a console log from November of last year that I downloaded with the help of imazing. It constantly shows this “sync to photo messenger app spotlight then lists one of 4 numbers 3 of which I don’t recognize but one is my exes number and in investigating one comes back to her brother. The police won’t do anything but is this confirmation that my phone is hacked or being compromised by them?..it’s 257 pages of the same lines that list those numbers.
