If screen mirroring or streaming isn't working on your AirPlay-compatible device - Apple Support

  1. To what AirPlay-enabled device (and model) are you trying to stream? Identify your Apple TV model - Apple Support
  2. What type of content are you trying to mirror? Some content may not be supported for mirroring, as determined by the content provider.
