Powerbeats Pro Case doesn’t charge-earpieces do
My earpieces charge fine. The case was plugged in all night and only 15% charged.

If you can't charge your Powerbeats Pro
If you're having trouble charging your Powerbeats Pro, here are some things you can try.
1. Make sure that the earbuds are seated properly in the case.
2. Use another power source or a different cable.
3. Clean the earbuds, then make sure that they're completely dry.
4. Reset your device.
While some of these steps are earbuds specific, they can still help with charging issues with the case as well.
If you continue to have issues after that, it may be best to Contact Apple Support for additional help with this.
