My iCloud storage says it's 5GB used but I only used it for 300MB.
I need help with this, it shows 5GB of 5GB used and what is the grey color in my storage with no name?? (I don't have anything in my iCloud)

If you tap "Manage Storage" it should give you a better breakdown of what's taking up the storage space in iCloud. The steps in the following guide will also help to manage your iCloud storage: Manage your iCloud storage
