McDonald’s app gives error “Apple auth code validation failed error:41330” when signing in

McDonald’s app was working fine for weeks (signed in with Apple ID), suddenly asked me to sign in yesterday and now it refuses to let me sign in with the error above.

Tried so far:

delete and reinstall the app

delete the app from my Apple ID menu on iPhone

Suggestions anyone?

iPhone 7, iOS 15

Some things you can try. Do you have access to another WiFi network where you can try? That has worked for several people.

Try a restart.

Restart your iPhone, iPad, or iPod touch    *

Try a forced restart. See the section towards the end of the article.

Reset Device. -

If necessary

Hard reset.     -

Do a backup and try a factory reset. Then restore from the backup.

Restore to Factory setting.      *

Restore - If you see an error when you update or restore your iPhone, iPad, or iPod.   *

Backup - Restore your device from an iCloud or iTunes backup.     *

If you are still having problems after trying the above, try contacting Apple Support for assistance .
