i dont like the tapping feature on my airpod pro’s and my sister has the same airpods with a clicking feature on the stem, how do i change this?

i cant see a double tap section anywhere, only: noise control, press and hold airpods, ear fit check, automatic ear detection, spacial audio, microphone, optimised battery charging and model details.
have you any other advice?
You can disable this feature by completing the following steps:
Settings < Bluetooth < Click the i with the blue circle around it next to your AirPods < Under the Double-Tap on AirPod section you have the option to change or disable the double-tap feature on your AirPods.

Your AirPods need to be in your ear when attempting to access this feature. Please ensure that they are in your ear and connected and try again. I have the 1st Gen AirPods, so my settings may differ. Try clicking the “press and hold” setting and see what options it gives you.

hey im sorry, your reccomendation didnt work for me but it has helped me discover that they are fake, we bought of a seller on ebay, new and never opened, however after this issue and a few more we have noticed the differences between mine and my sisters also realised the serial numbers are not kosher and have discovered that we have been wrong done unfortunatley, thankyou for your help though!

Airpods Pro do not have any tap features, there are no touch sensors on them.
They only have force sensors on the stem that you squeeze.
If your Airpods have touch controls, they are not Airpods Pro.
