I can not set hourly reminders in iPhone 12 Pro 15.4.1

Hi,

I need a reminder every two hours. This is what I try:

  1. Create a new reminder
  2. Tap the button directly to the right of the reminder. If I do not see the , I tap the reminder and it shows the Date and Time.
  3. Enable and set Date and Time
  4. Tap Repeat
  5. There is no Hourly option, just Daily, Weekdays, Weekends, Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly, Ever 3 and 6 Months, Yearly.

Hourly doesn't show up....

Similarly, when I go to Clock/Timer, there is not a repeat option as some other discussions suggest.

Is it there a setting I need to enable to get the hourly option? Actually I need the flexibility to select 1 hr, 2 hrs, or even 3 hours....

Where are your reminders being stored? Are they on iCloud? Or some other email account? If my personal list that's stored on iCloud, I have hourly. If I add a reminder to my work list which is connected with my work email account, I do not have the hourly repeat option.

Great question @IdrisSeabright. Yeah, I didn't have it enabled in iCloud, then when I did and went to Reminders, I got a "Welcome to the new Reminders" screen, followed some update instructions, and now the Hourly is showing up as an option. I can also now add #tags, and assign reminders to shared family members. Very cool.

Thanks so much.

Thanks @IdrisSeabright! and I tried it.

I created a new reminder, and with both Date and Time off, when I turn Time on, Date defaults to Today, and Time rounds up to the next hour. When I select "Repeat", I'm presented with the options "Never, Daily, Weekdays, Weekends, Weekly, Biweekly, Monthly, Every 3 Months, Every 6 Months, Yearly, and Custom". Hourly doesn't show up.

When I go to Custom, It shows Frequency (Daily, Weekly, Monthly, Yearly) but Hourly is not there. And the option for Every (in Days, 1-999), hours is not an option either.
