My iPad gives me a message "MacBook pro is not supported" as well why I cannot pair my iPad with my MacBook pro MacOS Monterrey?

The message is accurate. While Bluetooth needs to be turned on for many activities, none of those activities require pairing in the traditional sense. What are you attempting to accomplish?
