My iPhone se 2(new model) keeps randomly crashing and turning to a black screen with a loading circle in the middle

this is a relatively new problem, but recently my iPhone se 2 has been randomly crashing and going to a black screen with a loading circle in the middle, before throwing me back to the lock screen. Sometimes it crashes again and just does this on a loop. Its up to date with the latest software, maybe its because I have no iCloud storage left? either way, I would like any help
