Hi Community, I been having some issues getting the notifications Style for Slack working. I can hear the notification sound but there is none banner. Also slack notifications options are greyed out.

Do you by chance have restrictions turned on? If so, restrictions can cause you to be unable to change those settings. Here's how to check: Set up content and privacy restrictions in Screen Time on Mac
If that's not the case, is your Mac managed with a configuration profile? Configuration profiles set certain settings and can keep you from changing them. Use this guide to check for a profile: Use configuration profiles to standardize settings on Mac computers
