iCloud big gray storage after deleting iPhone backup

First, I turned my iPhone backup on accidentally, it has backed up about 12 GB to my iCloud, then I deleted it. My backup in manage storage is 0, but then there is a big gray other files in my iCloud storage. I’ve called apple support 2 times already, and they said that it’s my “recently deleted” backup that I cannot delete and I have to wait for 30 days (I need it right now). Is there any way to delete that recently deleted files?

If Apple Support told you that, then so be it, you have to wait.
