I've declined for apple card. It says "We are unable to verify your identification information"
Hi,
I’ve tried a couple of times for apple card application. I get “We are unable to verify your identification information” error every time.
I’ve made sure all the information is correct myself and with my wife as well.
I contacted apple support and they told me they have nothing to help me and asked me to contact TransUnion for your credit information.
I’ve created an account on TransUnion and saw my credit score being 756 and all my personal information is correct.
I bought 2 cars and 1 house under my name.
I’ve tried to contact TransUnion support and they told me to check my inputs and let them, “apple” to send the correct data to TransUnion.
I’ve checked all my personal information everywhere and still get the same error.
after a few more trial, I started to get “You have applied a number of times and we cannot verify the information you have provided at this time”
Is there anything i can do to help the process??
I've throughly red and checked everything in support page
So don't give me this again....
