APPLE WATCH SE: GPS inaccuracy while running

I got a very strange GPS reading on my Apple Watch SE. See illustration.

The red path is what my watch says and the yellow where I ran.

I have already turned on all the features for improving accuracy - and used the watch for 2 months.

The strange thing is that the inaccurate measurement is in open terrain while in the deep forest the GPS was good.

Any suggestions? This is the first time that I've experienced this issue.
