I bought MagSafe silicon case about a month ago and it already started to peel off! In service centre they told me it’s not the warranty case. Does anyone had the same problem with positive results (changing or return money)? I have old MagSafe case and after 2 years it looks perfect, I even tried to make same defect and it was no luck, so I assume current problem as 100% production defect!

I’m pretty sure everyone is having this issue that uses any sort of phone holder whether it be in the car or home. They are great on the fit & finish, but poorly designed like many Apple products when it comes to durability. My personal opinion is, that they intentionally design products that under perform in this area due to the tremendous revenue stream that comes from selling you new accessories or charging you to fix them. The case, don’t waste your time if it’s over 30th ya old, you will get a NO unequivocally. Look at mine LOL.
Good luck. Silicone is peeling off the back on my 12 mini. Never had this issue with an otter box, and I had plenty of those for my crew.
My request for replacement was rejected. Seems they will only honor warranty for 30 days.
We had this same issue with a case used for about 5 months. While notoriously hard on the phone, it is the reason we invested in a "good" protective case. It is peeling on 3 corners. Apple Genius Bar denied any warranty coverage.

If you think that it is a production defect, contact Apple Support. -> https://apple.com/contact
The condition of your case also depends on how you use it. If you drop it 2 - 3 times a day, scrape it or put your phone on rough surfaces, that might be the issue instead.
