Hi, all of a sudden when opening safari I get this Privacy Report web page and doesn’t open safari, I can’t get to my saved pages either. I have tried to turn it off in settings as well as turning turning of Prevent cross - site tracking. Don’t know how or why this is happening….any help
would be appreciated.

You can turn off App Privacy Report at any time in Settings > Privacy > App Privacy Report.
Doing so will also clear the report data from your device.
If that doesn't solve it, you can try closing the Safari app, by using these steps: Close an app on your iPhone or iPod touch - Apple Support Then restart your iPhone: Restart your iPhone - Apple Support
